AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 1284 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE= HIVOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, DO ORDAIN, as follows:
Section 1. Section No. 54 of Ordinance No. 1284
of the County of Butte, is hereby amended by deleting therefrom
the following:
Salary Class Classification Title No. of
Range Code Positions
g.0 2232 Account Clerk II 15
and adding thereto the following:
9.0 2232 Account Clerk II 1'7
changing the total from 183 to 185.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty
(30) days after the date of its adoptions and before the
expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall. be
',published in a newspaper published in the County of Butte,
State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED By the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, this 23rd day of January, 1973 by the
following vote:
AYES. Supervisors Cameron, Gilman, ladd, Madigan and Chairman McK
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
