SECTION 3. LOT ~GULATIONS.
In saic', zones there s'xlali be no minimu-n lot size, set?;acl:,
.side yard, rear yard, nr lot width or frontage requirements, nro-
vic:eed, '_nowever, that where a cluster zone abuts a residential zone,
~',tlre setback requirements of the abutting residential zone in exis--
tance at the time the "=A--C" zane is a,?proved by the planning com-
mission shall apply to that portion of the cluster zone along the
boundary common to tze cluster and residential zone.

Access to each lot or to the common area serving said lot

In the event the regulations for -this zone clearly conflict
~-rith the terns of any other :applicable ordinance of the County of
tulle except L-;uilc~inq, electrical, T~lumbing, and Se~r~age codes,
the provisions hereof sI-Lall control. The provisions of this or-
~.'inance shall be construed to be in Harmony with all such ordinance
unless clearly in conflict therewith. Any subdivision established
in a Cluster zone after 'che effective cla~te of this ordinance shall
