HomeMy WebLinkAbout1332~, ORDINANCE N0. 1~i32 2 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE PTO. 12811- OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOidN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE" 3 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, 4 -State of Californian DO ORDAIN, as follows: 6 Section 1. Section No. 3 (B) of Ordinance No: 1284 6 of the County of Buttes is hereby amended by deleting therefrom 7 the following: 8 Hospital Physicians required to be on call one out of 9 each four week nights and one out of each faun weekends. Hospital 10 physicians may upon written authorization from the Medical 11 Director receive additional on-call pay at the rate of X10 12 per hour to cover critical periods of time resulting from 13 .!shortage of regular medical staff physicians. 14 and adding thereto the following: 15 *Hospital physicians may upon written°authorization 1B of the Medical Directory or in absence of a Medical Director_ 17 the Hospital Administrators be paid in addition to the 18 19 base monthly wage X10 per hour for performance of evening 20 night and weekend on-call time. 21 Section 2.
