AN ORDINANCE AMENDING COUNTY ORDINANCE 1078,
CONSOLIDATING "S-1" (MEDIUM-DENSITY SUBURBAN
RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICTS
1 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
2 California under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475, being the
3 zoning enabling ordinance, as amended, DO ORDAIN as follows:
4 Ordinance No. 1078 (Consolidating "S-1" ?uIedium-Density
5 Suburban Residential Districts) Section I, is hereby amended to
B include the following:
7 Beginning at the intersection of Neal Rd. with the
SPRR right-of-way, thence southwest along said SPRR
8 right-of-way to "Skyway Orchard Sub:", per map
recorded in Map Book 7!9, page 36 in the office of
9 Butte County Recorder; thence S 31° 55' ld, 702.87
ft.; thence S 58° 02' 30" E, 192.58 ft.; thence
10 S 32° 09' W, 288.25 ft.; thence S 58° 02` 30 E,
250 ft. more or less, to Neal Rd., thence continue
11 S 58° 02' 30" E to the east right-of-way of Neal Rd.;
thence southwesterly along Neal Rd. 130 ft. more or
12 less to a point located 692.4 ft. north of the south-
' line of Section 21 T22N R3E; thence east, para11e1
13 with the south line of said Section 21, 690 ft. more
or less to the southwest corner of "Qunster Manor
14 Unit No. 1"', per map recorded in Map Book 28, page
O1 in the office of Butte County Recorder; thence
15 N 52° 30' 58" E, 319.16 ft; thence N 44° ~47` W,
]90 ft; thence N 45° 16' 33" E, 480 ft. more or
18 Less to Bales Rd; thence northwest along Bales Rd.
to Neal Rd; thence northeast along Neat Rd. to the
~-~ point of beginning, containing 20 acres, more or less.
18 ..That this ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
19 after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
20 fifteen {l5) days after its passage, it shall be published
21 with the names of the members voting for and against the same,
22 in the Paradise most a newspaper published in
23 the County of Butte, State of California.
24 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
~ County of Butte, State of California, this ?7th day of
29 March 1973, by the following vote:
