AN ORDINANCE AMENDING COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 996,
CONSOLIDATING "C-2" (GENERAL COMNIERCTAL)
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475 of said.
County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DOES
ORDAIN as follows:
Ordinance No. 996 (Consolidating "C-2" Generai'Commercial)
Section 1 is hereby amended to include the following:
Being located near Chico, California, described as;
Commencing at the northeast corner of ~.ot 5 of "Say
l'ract No . 1' ° , per map recorded i n map book 7 an page
42 in the Office of Butte County Recorder; thence
N 52° 13' 40" E, 1986.61 ft.; thence N 37° 54' 10"!~,
254 ft; thence N 52° l3' 40" C, 160 ft.: to the true
point of beginning; thence continuing N 52° l3' 40" W,
500 ft to the esplanade, thence N 37° 54' i0" W ,
561 ft; thence S 52° 13' 40" W, 500 ft; thence
S 37° 54' 10" E, 567 ft. to the point of beginning,
containing 6.4 acres, more or less.
That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty {3 D} days
after the date of its adoption., and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same, in the
Chico Enterprise Record ~ a -neraspaper published in the
County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
