AN ORDINANCE AI~iENDING ORDINANCE N0. 1284 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KND~a~N AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, DD ORDAIN, as follows;
Section 1. Section No. 41 of Ordinance No. 1284
of the County of Butte, is hereby amended by deleting therefrom
the Following:
Solar Class Classification Title No. of
Range Code Positions
8.0 2614 Typist Clerk II 1
and adding thereto the following:
8.0 2614 Typist Clerk II 2
changing the total from 7 to 8.
Section 2. This ordinance shah. take effect thirty
{30) days after the date of its adoption, and before the
expiration of fifteen {15).days after its passage, it shall be
published in a newspaper published in the County of Butte,
State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, this 24th day of April, 19'73 by the following
vote:
AYES: Supervisors Cameron, Oilman, Zadd, Madigan and C
