AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1071., CONSOLIDATING
"A-3" {AGRICULTURAL) DISTRICTS
1 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
2 California, under and pursuant to Drdinance No. 475, of said
S County being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance, as amended, DO ORDAIN
4 as follows.
5 Ordinance 1fl-71, consolidating "A-3" (Ag=icultural)
8 Districts, Section 1 is hereby amended to include the followa.ng
7 Being located near the Butte College site and described
as located in T2~:N, R3E

the south half of the southeast quarter of Sec. 20,
9 the south half of. the southwest quarter, the southeast
quarter of the east half of the northeast quarter of
10 Sec...2]
I1 excepting therefrom the southerly- 400 ft. of the
easterly 1703.6f~ ft, of the southeast quarter
12 of Sec. 21;
13 the west half of the west half of Sec. 28, located north
of Pentz Rd.;.

15 excepting therefrom the easterly 4fl0 ft. of the
southwest quarter of the northeast quarter and the
16 eas.terly..40a ft. of the west half of the south-
west quarter located north of Pentz Rd.;

18 excepting therefrom the westerly 1340 ft. of the
19 east half of Sec. 28 located north of Pentz i~d.;

This Ordinance shall be and~is hereby declared to be in

once with the names of the members eating for and against in the
Paxadise Past a newspaper published in the
County of Butte, State of California.
