HomeMy WebLinkAbout1351~' f~' ORDINANCE N0, 1351 AN ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OF T1IE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A "P-Q" (PU BLLC-QU ASL-PUBLIC) DISTRICT, PURSU ANT TO ORDINANCE N0. 475, AS AMENDED 1 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, 2 under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 47S of said County, being the Zoning 3 .Enabling Ordinance of said County, as amended, DO ORDAIN as follows: 4 SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area, situated in the County of 5 Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby zoned as a "P-Q'" (Public 8 7 9 10 Y1 12 Quasi-Public) District and such area shall be subject to the restrictions and restricted uses and regulations hereinafter specified and provided. Containing 0.75 sq. mi., more or less. SBGTION 2. REGULATIONS FOR A "P-Q" (PUBLIC QUASI-PUBLIC) DISTRICT The following regulations shall apply in a "P-Q't (Public Quasi-Public) 2.1 USES PERMITTED a. Public schools b. Public parks c, Public playgrounds d. Publicly owned buildings and land e. Public recreational areas f.
