ORDINANCE N0, 1351
AN ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OF T1IE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF
CALIFORNIA A "P-Q" (PU BLLC-QU ASL-PUBLIC) DISTRICT, PURSU ANT TO
ORDINANCE N0. 475, AS AMENDED
1 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
2 under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 47S of said County, being the Zoning
3 .Enabling Ordinance of said County, as amended, DO ORDAIN as follows:
4 SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area, situated in the County of
5 Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby zoned as a "P-Q'" (Public

Quasi-Public) District and such area shall be subject to the restrictions and
restricted uses and regulations hereinafter specified and provided. Said area
so zoned being located in the unincorporated area of Butte County, near the
Butte Community Caliege site, more particularly described as follows:

Located in Sec 21, T21, R3E and being the southerly 400 ft. of
the easterly 1703.b5 ft. of Sec 21;

SBGTION 2. REGULATIONS FOR A "P-Q" (PUBLIC QUASI-PUBLIC) DISTRICT
The following regulations shall apply in a "P-Q't (Public Quasi-Public)
2.1 USES PERMITTED
a. Public schools
b. Public parks
c, Public playgrounds
d. Publicly owned buildings and land
e. Public recreational areas
f. Public hospitals

5 2.4 MINIMUM SIDE YARD
B None, except where the side of a lot abate upon the aide of a Iot in an
7 "R" District, in which case the abutting side yard shall be not less than five
8 (5) feet, and except where the side yard an the street side o~€ a corner lot
9 abuts on an "R" District, in which ease the side yard on the street side shall

20 SECTION 4. ORDINANCE ADDED TO ZONING ENABLING ORDINANCE. Ln compliance
2].' with the Provisions of the Zoning Enabling Ordinance, this Ordinance shall from

23 Enabling Ordinance.
~ SECTION 5. PENALTIES. The penalties for the violation of the zoning
~ hereby imposed within the district shah be as provided in. the Zoning Enabling

2 the date of its adoption, end before the expiration of fifteen (l5} days after
3' its passage, it sha11 be published with the names of the members voting for and
