AN ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OF' THE CO€INTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF
CALIFORNIA, AN "A-164" (AGRICULTURAL-OPEN SPACE) DISTRICT, PURSUANT
TO ORDINANCE N0. 475, AS AMENDED
l The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of Califarnia,
2. under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475 of said County, being the Zoning
3~ Enabling Ordinance of said County, as amended, DO ORDAIN as follows:
4 SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area, situated in the County of
6, Butte, State of Califarnia, shall be and it is hereby zoned as an "A-16O"
6. {Agricultural-Open Space) District and such area shall be subject to the
7' restrictions and restricted uses and regulations hereinafter specified and
S, provided. Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated area of

13 SECTION 2. REGULATIONS FOR AN "A-16O" DISTRICT:
14', The following regulations shall apply to an "A-160" District:

17 b. General-agriculture, farming, horticulturq,commerc;[al livestock,
18, poultry production, growing and harvesting forestry..:products,
19` warehousing and storage
20 c. Accessory buildings and uses pertinent to the permitted uses.,
21' including agricultural processing plants.
22 d. klousing facilities {including trailers} to accommodate only
23~ employees end their families employed by the owner or operator
~' or the premises; and provided further that such housing facility
~ shall be considered accessory to the main building and shall

rf Z.3 MINIMUM LOT AREA REQUIRED:

16 SECTION ~. ORDINANCE ADDED TO ZONING ENABLING ORDIVANGE. In compliance
17; with the provisions of the Zoning Enabling Ordinance, this Ordinance shall from
18 and after its effective date became a supplement to and part of the Zoning
19 Enabling Ordinance.
20' SECTION S. PENALTIES. The penalties for the violation of the zoning
21 hereby imposed within the district shall be as provided in the Zoning Enabling
22 Ordinance.
23 SEGT~aN 6. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby declared to be in
full force and effect from and after thirty (30} days after the date of its
passage and be€ore the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, this
2B ordinance shall be published once with the names of the msrnbers of the Board
