AN ORDINANCE AMENDING COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 995,
CONSOLIDATING "C-1" (LIGHT COMMERCIAL
1 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
2 of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 47S of said
3 County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DOES
4 ORDAIN as follows:
5 Ordinance No. 995 {Consolidating "C-l" Light Commercial)
6 Section l is hereby amended to include the following.:
7 Being a portion of Section 2, T]8N, R3E, M[~ &M,
described as the swath~6U- ac res~ of the north
8 ha]f of the south ha]f of said Section 2,
]ocated east of Pacific Heights Road and west
9 of State Hwy . 70 .
to excepting therefrom the souther]y 165 ft.
Also excepting therefrom a]] that area
11 ]orated west of and within 500 ft. of the
centerline of State Hwy. 10.

Containing 26 acres,more or less.

14 That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (~0) days
15 after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
16 f fifteen (l5) days after its passage, it shall be published with
17 the names of ,the members voting for and against the same in the
lg 0rovi1le Mercury a inewspaperppublished in
19 the County of Butte, State of California.
20 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of 5uperv_isors of-the
