The Board of Supervisors at the County of Butte, State
of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance Na. 4'75 of said
County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DOES
I ORDAIN as follows:
Ordinance Vo. 995 (Consolidating "C-1" ~~ght Con~ercial)
Section 1 is hereAy amended to include the following:
Being located near Oroville, California, described
as:
Commencing at the South Quarter corner of Seca
32, T7 g~ R4 F, MDB &M; thence t,rest along the
south line of said See. 32, 1334 ft, to a paint
in Custer Lane, being the point of beginning;
thence from said paint of beginning north along
Custer Lane 660 ft.; thence east parallel with
the south line of said Sec. 32 to a point located
330 ft. west of the centerline of Lincoln Blvd.
(Palermo Rd .) ; thence south paral 1 el with and 330
ft, west of said centerline of Lincoln Blvd., to
the south line of said Sec 32; thence west along
said south 1 ine of Sec. 32 to the point- of
beginning.
Containing ~5 acres, more or less.
That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (l5) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names o£ the members voting for and against the same, in the
