RESOLUTION
At a regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, held on the Ord day of sTanuarv ,
1961,
BE IT RESOLVED, that L~~ J. PRYDE ~
Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, be and

he is horeby authorized and directed for and on behalf of the County
of Butte to execute that certain Quitclaim Deed, T. C, & ~'-24, which
deed describes in detail the interest in property being acquired by
the State of California from the County of Butte.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of this Board cause a certified
copy of this Resolution to be attached to said Quitclaim Deed.
The foregoing Resolution passed and adopted by the Board of
Supervisors of Butte County, California this 3z'd day of
January , 1961, by the foIlowing vote:

RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED F''~~~
WI-~REAS, a Csant Deed dated 12/29/60 has heretofore
been executed and delivered by Irvin D. Schlaf the Grantors
names therein, to the County of Butte, State of California, conveying that certain
real property situated in the County of Butte, State of California, more
particularly described as follows, to wits
An easement 12.00 feet in width for drainage purposes and the
right of use and maintenance for said purposes lying within
Lot 9 as shown on that certain map entitled, "Revised Map of
the Twelfth Subdivision of the John Bidwell Rancho", which map
was filed in the office of the Recorder of the County of Butte,.
State of California, December 7, 1906, in Volume b of Maps at
Fage 11.
and,
WfFEREAS, it is the desire of said County of Butte to accept said
conveyances
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, that said Deed be accepted, and recorded
together with a duly certified copy of this resolution.
The foregoing resolution was introduced January 3rd ~ 19 6l

Supervisor Alldredge , and passed on roll call by the following vote:
