RESIDENTIAL) 1 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State 2 of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475 of said 3' County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DO 4 ' ORDAIN as follows S~ Ordinance No. 925, (Consolidating "R-l" Single-Family 6; Residential) Section l is hereby amended to include the following: 7 Beginning at the intersection of Stearns Road with the northwest corner of "El Sobrante.Park", per map 8 recorded in Map Book 28 on Pages 39 and 40 in the Office of Butte County Retarder, thence 9 east to the northeast corner of said "E1 Sobrante Park" also being the west right-of-way line of 10 Pentz-Magalia Highway; thence northeasterly to the northwest corner of "Pineland park Subdivision", 12 per map recorded in Map Book 2b on Page 38, in the office of Butte County Recorder, thence 12 east to the northeast corner of said "Pineland Park Subdivision", said corner also being the 13~' northwest corner of "Gauntry Club Estates, iJnit No. 2", per map recorded in Map Book 20 on pages 14 34 and 35 in the Office of Butte County Recorder; thence continuing east along the north ]ine of 15: said "Country Club Estates, Unit Pao, 2", to the northeast corner of said Sub, also being the 16' east Paradise Irrigation District boundary; thence south along the east Paradise Irrigation 17 Aistrict boundary to the southeast corner of Lot 19 of "Fairway Manor Sub.", per map recorded in 18 Map Book 19 on page$ A6 and 47 in the Office of Butte County Recorddr; said carnet of Lot 19 19 being in the east west centerline of Section 30, T22N, R4E, MDB&M; thence west along said east- 20 west centerline to Pentz-Magalia Highway; thence continuing west along said eastwest centerline 21 to the west quarter corner of said Section 30; thence north along the west line of said Section 30 22 to the northwest corner of said Section 30, thence east along the north line of said Section 30 to Stearns 23: Road, thence north on Stearns Road to the point of beginning, 24' 26 Excepting therefrom a portion of the south half of Sec. 19, T22~i, ~4E,,~~ID6&M, described as: 2B Beginning at the intersection of~Pentr-Magalia Hwy. and 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 s 9 10' 11 12 13 I4 15 16, 17 18 19: 20 21 22 23 24 2~ 26 the north right-of-way 1 ine of Stearns Rd, ; thence west along said north right-of-way line 284.83 ft.; thence north, 399.06 ft.; thence east to Rentz- Magalia Hwy, centerline; thence south, 3.46 ft.; thence east, 406.42 ft,; thence south 385.6 ft to the north right-of-way line of Stearns Rd,; thence west, 352.35 ft, along -said north ri ght-of-way 1 ine to the point of beginning. That this Ordinance sha11 take effect thirty (30} days after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with the names of the members voting for and against the same i,n the a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
