AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 927, CONSOLIDATING
"R-3" {MEDIUM--DENSITY RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT

The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475, of said
County being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance, as amended, DO ORDAIN
as follows:
Ordinance No. 927, (Consolidating "R-3" Medium Density
Residential Districts), Section 1 is hereby amended to include
the following:
A portion of Section 25, T22N, R1~, MD8&M, particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the southwest corner of Humboldt Subdivisian
as shown on the filed map thereof; recorded in the office
of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of Cali-
fornia, May 5, 1.903 in Map Book 2 at page 198, said
Southwest corner lying on the Northerly line of Humboldt
Road; thence from said point of beginning, N 6° 45' W
170,00 ft. along the 4lesterly line of said Humboldt
Subdivision to the true paint of beginning; thence
continuing along said Westerly line, a distance of 312.88
ft, to the Southerly right-of-way line of California
State Hwy . Rt. No , 32 ; thence S 750 48' 10" W, 217.50
ft, along said right-of-way 1 ine; thence S 60 45' ~
265.21 ft, parallel with the Westerly line of said
Humboldt Subdivisian to a point that bears N 60 45' W,
a distance of 253.50 ft, from the Northerly line of said
Humboldt Ave.; thence N 830 l5' E, a distance of 94.0
ft .; thence S 6° 45' E, a distance of 19.48 ft,; thence
N 830 15' £, a distance of 121.61 ft „ mare ar less,
to the Westerly line of said Humboldt Subdivision and
the true point of beginning.
That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
'.the names of the members voting for and against the same in the
a newspaper published in the.
County of Butte, State of California.
