ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING COUNTY ORDINANCE 925, CONSOLT-
DATING "R-1" (SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL)
1 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
2 of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475 of said
3 County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DO
4 ORDAIN, as follows:
5 Ordinance No. 925, (Consolidating "R-1" Single-Family
6 Residential) Section 1 is hereby amended to include the following:
7 Being a portion of tot 25 of "Bidwell 19th Sub"
per map recorded in map Boofc 7 on page 72; described
8 as beginning at the southeast corner of said Lot 25,
thence west to the west right-of-way line of Larch St.;
9 thence. cant,inue west 207.b ft.; thence north parallel
with Larch St., 395 ft.; thence east parallel with the
10 south 1 ine of said Lot 25, 2Q7.b ft, to the west
right-of-way line of Larch St.; thence south along
I1 said right-of-way line 396 ft, to the paint of
beginning.

13 That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
I4 after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
15 fifteen (151 days after its passage, it shall be published with
1B the names of the members voting far and agains t the same in the
17 Ghica Ente rise , a newspaper published in the
18 County of Butte, State of California.
I9 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
2U County of Butte, State of California, on the ~ ~~+h day of
21 dune , 1973, by the following vote:
22 AYES: Supervisors Cameron, Gilman, Ladd, Madigan and Chairman MoKi
