AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 947, CONSOLIDATING
"M-2" {HEAVY INDUSTRIAL} DISTRICT
~, The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
2 California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475, of said
3 County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DO
4 ORDAIN as follows:
5 Ordinance No. 947, {Consolidating "M-2" Heavy Industrial)
g Section 1 is hereby amended to include the following:
~ Being a portion of the south half of Sec. 32, Tl9~i,
R4~ MDB&M, described, as beginning at the intersection
8 of;;.the::sa~tki:r.igiit-of-way sine of Kusel Rd, with the
west right-of-way line of Custer Lane; thence west
9 parallel with Kusel Rd ., 1~2.ft.; thence south parallel
with Custer Lane, 630 ft.; thence east parallel with
14 Kusel Rd ., l32 ft.; thence north along the west right-
of-way of Custer Lane, 630 ft, to the point of
it beginning.
12 Conta fining 1 .$ acres, more or less .
13 That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30} days
14 after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
15 fifteen (1S} days after its passage, it shall be published with
18 the names of the members voting for and against the same in the
17 , a newspaper published in the
18 County of Butte, State of California.
19 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors o£ the
