The Board of Super~risors of the County of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. The purpose of this ordinance is to amend
all residential zones, ORDINANCES 925, 943, 994, 1117, (R--1
SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL); 1224, 1276 (R-2 DUPLEX RESIDENTIAL};
805, 83.0, 917, 927, 97$, 1022, {R-3 MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL);
928, (R-4 MAXIMUM--DENSITY DWELLINGS RESTRICTED SERVICE); 107$,
(S-1 MINIMUM DENSITY SUBURBAN RESIDENTIAL); 850, 890, 1067.

use permit:

That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty {30) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the e~cpiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same in the
