AN ORDINANCE AI~~ENDTNG ORDINANCE N0. 12$~-~- OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE~KNOSrdN AS THL "SALARY .ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, DO ORDAIN, as follows:
Section 1. Section No. 28 of Ordinance No. 1284
of the County of Butte, is hereby amended by deleting
therefrom the following:
Salary Class Classification Title No. of
Range Code Positions
17.5 5552 Deputy Sheriff 37
and adding thereto the following:
17.5 5552 Deputy Sheriff 42
15.5 5742 Records ~ Identification
Technician 1
changing the total from 87 to 93.
Section 2. Section No. 42 of Ordinance No. 1284
of the County of Butte, is hereby amended by deleting
therefrom the following:

Section ~-. This ordinance shall take effect on
September 8, 1973 which is beyond 30 days after the date of
its adoption, and before the expiration of fifteen {l5} days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper published
in the County oI' Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, this 7th day of August, 1973 by the fallowing
vote:
