AN ORDINANCE AMENDING COUNTY ORDINANCE 1478,
CONSOLIDATING "S-1" (MEDIUM DENSITY SUBURBAN
RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICTS
1 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
2 Ca~.ifornia under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475, being the
3 zoning enabling ordinance, as amended, DO ORDAIN a~.follows:
4 Ordinance No. 1078 (Consolidating "S-1" Medium-Density
6 Suburban Residential Districts) Section I, is hereby amended to
B ~.nclude the following: ~ .
`7 Being located near Chico, California, described as all
of Lot ]., Lot 16 & Lot 17 and the south 33~ ft. of
8 Lot 2 of "Bidwell 17th Sub" per map recorded in Baok 7
on Page ~7 in the Office of Butte County Recorder and
9 all of "Hillview Manor Sub" per map recorded in Book
25 on Page 21, in the Office of Butte County Recorder,
10 containing 40 acres, more or less.
11 That this ordinance sha11 take effect thirty (30) days
12 after the- date of its adopta.on, and before the expiration of
13 fifteen {15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
14 the names of the members voting for and against the same, in the
l5 -Chico _En~r~jrise - a newspaper pub.i~.shed in the County of
18 Butte, State of California.
