"R-3" (MEDIUM-DENSITY RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT
The Board of Supervisors of the County of B~.tte, State of
it California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475, of said
County being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance, as amended, DO ORDAIN
as follows:
Ordinance No. 927, (Consolidating "R-.8" Medium Density
Residential Districts), Section 1 is hereby amended to include
the following:

Durham", per map recarded in Map Book 1 on page
40;
Lots 11 thru 21 and the westerly 45 ft. of Lot

in Map Book 1 on page 59
Lots 5 thru 8, Block "H", said °Town of Durham";
Lots 5 thru 8, Block "I", said "TOWn of Durham";
Lots 5 thru 8, Block "P", all of Block "Q", said
"Town of Durham";
All of "Second McAnarlin Tract" per map recorded
in Map Book "A" on page 18;
All of Lots 1, 2 & 20 of "Franklin Sub" per map
recorded in Map Book 2 on page 143;
All of "Martenette Addition to Durham", per map
recarded in Map Book 8 on page 37;
A portion of Lot 19 said "Franklin Sub", de s-
cribed as:
Beginning at the southwest corner of said Lot 19,
thence N 89° 35' E, 170 ft.; thence north parallel
