The Board of Supervisors, County of Butte, State of
California, under and pursuant to Ordinance Na. 4'75, as amended,
DO ORDAIN, as follows:
Ordinance No. 925 {Consolidating "R--1" Single--Family
Residential Districts), Section l is hereby amended to include
Ithe following:
Being located in Durham described as West of Good-
speed St., east of Durham-Nelson Rd., North of
Florida Ln. & South of Durham-Dayton Rd.; particu-
larly described as:
All of "Tracy Subdivision" per map recorded in
Map Bk. 30 on Pg. 50, that pootion of Sec. 30,
T2lN, R2E described as beginning at~the SE
corner of Lot 22 of said "Tracy Sub", thence West
along the South line of said "Tracy Sub", 160.05
ft.; thence South parallel with Durham Nelson
Rd. 1202. ft.; thence east 160.05 ft. to Durham-
Idelson Rd.; thence north along Durham Nelson Rd.

.after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with

Chico E~iterprise a newspaper published in the County
Hof ~3utte, State of Cal~.fornia.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of Gal ifornia, this I4th day of
