AN ORDINANCE AMENDING COUNTY ORDINANCE NO.. 996,
CONSOLIDATING "C-2" {GENERAL COMMERCIAL)
1 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
2 of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475 of said
3 County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DOES
e1r ORDAIN as follows:
~ Ordinance No. 996 (Consolidating "C-2" General Commercia
~ Section l is hereby amended to include the following:
7 Being located i.n Durham, described as located an the
West side of Midway from Brown St. to Durham Unified
8 School District property (North of Durham-Dayton Rd.)
9 Particularly described as:
Parcel 1:
to
Lots 1 through 6 of Black 1 "North Addition to Durham"
11 per map recorded in Map Book 1 on Page 40.
12 All that portion of Section 30, T21N R2E located East
of the "North Addition to Durham", west of SP RR right-
13 of-way centerline and North of Durham-Dayton Rd.
14 Lots 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 22 & 23 of Block A
"Town of Durham" per map recorded in Map Book 1 an
1~ Page 59 ,
~~ the Easterly 105 ft. of Lot 4 of Black A, said "Town

of said Lot 19; thence N 73° 23' E, 285.15 ft. to the

of the Midway to the point of beginning, containing 1.6
acres, more or less.
That this Ordinance sha11 take effect thirty (30} days after the
date of its adoption, and before the expiration of fifteen (15)
days after its passage, it shall be published with the names of
the members voting for and against the same, in the
a newspaper published in the County of
utte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
