CONSOLIDATING "A-3" (AGRICULTURAL) DISTRICTS

The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475, being the
zoning enabling ordinance, as amended, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Ordinance No. 1071 (Consolidating "A-3" Agricultural
'I Districts) Section I is hereby amended to include the following:
Parcel 1 - Being located near Durham described as "Lot
76'r and~the westerly 704.2 ft. of "Lot 75" of "Durham
State Land Settlement", containing 40 acres, more or
less.
Parcel 2 - An area described as: Beginning at the in-
tersection of Midway and Hanlon Rd. thence West along
Hanlon Rd. and the westerly prolongation of Hanlon Rd.
to the North-South centerline of Sec. 36, T21N, R13,
MDB&M; thence North along the North-South centerline of
said Sec. 36, to the southwest corner of "R. M. Turner
lst Sub.", per Map of Record in Map Book 1, Page 46;
thence North along the West line of said "R. M. Turner's
lst Sub., a distance of 1526.91 ft; thence .West 266.64
ft. to Burdick Rd; thence North along Burdick Rd. to
the southwest corner of "Lot 4, R. M. Turner's 2nd Sub.",
per Map of Record in Map Boak "B" on page 10; thence
continuing North along the West line of said "R. M.
Turner's 2nd Sub." to Durham-Chico Rd; thence along
Durham-Chita Rd. Easterly, Northerly anal Northeasterly
to the Midway; thence Southeasterly along the Midway to
the Northeast corner of Durham Unified School District
property (AP 40-18-05); thence along the North line of
said school property S 83° 03' W, 208.1 ft; thence
S 82° 39' W, 1,110.3 ft; thence N 07° 20' W, 1,613.9
ft. to the South line of Lot i3 of "McAnarlin Tract",
per map of record in Map Baok 3 an Page 74; thence
West along the South line of said "Lot 13" to McAnarlin
Ave; thence Southwesterly along McAnarlin Ave. to
Dayton-Durham Hwy; thence Southeasterly along Dayton--
Durham Hwy. to Burdick Rd; thence West along Burdick
Rd. to the Northwest corner of Lot 1 "Tracy Sub." per
map recorded in Map Book 30 on Page 50; thence South
along the West line of said Lot 1 to the South line
of said "Tracy Sub."; thence East along the South line
of said "Tracy Sub." to a paint located 160.05 ft. west
of the West right-of-way line of Durham-Nelson Rd;
thence south parallel with and 160.05 ft. distant West
of Durham-Nelson Rd. 1,202.68 ft; thence East 160.05
ft. to Durham--Nelson Rd.; thence South along Durham-

Nelson Rd. to a point located 110 ft. South of the South
.right-of-way line of Serviss St; thence east and paral-
lel with Serviss St. approx. 1,026 ft. to Franklin Ave;
thence South on Franklin Ave. to the Southwest corner
of "Lot 16" of'~'ranklin Sub." per map retarded in Map
Book 2, on Page 7.43; thence East along the Sa~th line
of said "Lot 7.6" to Midway; thence Southeasterly along
Midway to Hanlon Rd., the point of beginning, containing
933 acres, more or less.
That this ordinance sha11 take effect thirty (301 days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (1S) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same in the
_ Chico Enterprise„ , . ...__. a newspaper published in the
County of Butte, State of California.

County of Butte, State of California, this 14th day of
