AN ORDINANCE AMENDING COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 9'4.6_
CONSOLIDATING "M~-1." {LIGHT INDUSTRIAL) DISTRICT .
1 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
2 of California under and pursuant to ordinance No. 946 of said
3 County, being the zoning enabling ordinance, as amended, does
4 ordain as follows:
g. Ordinance No. 946 consolidating "M-1" (Light Indus-
g trial) Districts Section 1, is hereby amended to include thefo3:low•
~ ing:
g An area particularly described as all that portion of
Section 30, T21N R2E MDB&M, located East of Midway,
g West of SP RR right--of-way centerline, South of Durham-
. Oroville Rd. and North of the intersection of Midway
10 right-of~-way and SPRR right-of-way.
11 This ordinance shall be and it is hereby declared to
12 be in fu11 force and effect from and after thirty (30) days after
13'. the date of its enactment, and before the expiration of fifteen
14 (15) days after enactment this ordinance shall be published once
15 with the names of the Board of Supervisors members voting far and
16 against it, in the Chico Enterprise , a newspaper of
17. general circulation published in the County of Butte, State of
18 California.
