AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 925, CONSOLIDATING
"R-1" (SINGLE--FAMILY RESIDENTIAL} DISTRICTS

2' The Board of Superivsors, County of Butte, State of
3 California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. X75, as amended,
4 DO ORDAIN, as follows:
5 Ordinance No. 925 (Consolidating "R-~." Single-Family
8 'Residential Districts}, Section 1 is hereby amended to include
7 'the following:
8 The south half of the southwest quarter of Sec 6, T22N,
R4E, MDB&M; the east 1,000 ft. of the north half of
9 the southwest quarter of Sec ~, T22N, R4E, MDB&M; and
the west 6&4 ft. of the south half of the southeast
10 quarter of Sec 6, T22N, R4E, MDB&M; containing 13~
acres , more or less .

12 That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30} days
1~ :after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
14 ;fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
15 the names of the members voting for and. against the same, in the
