The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
~of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475 of said
(County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DOES
(ORDAIN as follows:
Ordinance No. 996 {Consolidating "C-2" general Commercial.?
(Section 1 is hereby amended to include the following:
Located in Paradise and described as:
~Iot /~
All of Lot l~ of "Schmale Sub" per map recorded
in map book 20 on pages 1 & 2;
Also that portion of Sec 2i, T22N, R3E, MDB&M
described as; commencing at the east l/4 corner of
said Sec 21, thence S 89° 30' W, 746.5 ft.; thence
S 00 ° 32 ' E, 6 80 ft. `.~to the point of beginning;
thence S 89° 30' W, 660 ft.; thence S 00° 32' E,
lfi5 ft. more or Less to the north line of Skyway;
thence northeasterly along the north. line of
Skyway to the west line of said "Schmale Sub";
thence N 00° 32' GI along the west line of said
"Schmale Sub." to the point of beginning.
That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty {30} days
lifter the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
(fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same in the
Paradise Post
a newspaper published in the County
of Butte , State of California .
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, on the 11th day of September,
;1973, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Cameron, Gilman, Ladd', Madigan and Chairman McKie
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
