The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475 of said
County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance, as amended, DO
ORDAIN, as follows:
Ordinance 1279, (Consolidating "A-2 Ltd." Districts}
.Section 1, is hereby amended to include the following:
All of Lot 2 of "Schmale Sub" per map recorded in
Map Book 20 on Pages 1 & 2;
Also that portion of the southeast quarter o f Sec .
21, T22N, R3E, MDB&M, described as commencing at the
east Z/4 corner of said Sec 2~, thence S 89° 30' W,
.. 746.51 ft.; thence S aa° 32' E, 680 ft. to the point
of beginning; thence S 89° 30' W, 660 ft,; thence
N 00° 32' W, 120 ft., more or less, to a point
located 350 ft. north of the centerline of Skyway;
thence northeasterly parallel with and 350 ft.
distant north of the centerline of Skyway to the
west line of said "Schmale Sub."; thence
S'00° 32' E, 120 ft., more or less to the point of
beginning.
That this ordinance shall take effect thirty (30} days
after the date of its adoption and before the expiration of
fifteen (15} days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same in the
Faradise Post , a newspaper published in the
County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED .AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, this 11th day of September,
1973, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Cameron, Gilman, Ladd, Madigan and Chairman McKi:
NOES: None
