RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.4061 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 37 of Ordinance No. 4061 of the County of Butte entitled "541 -011 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -
GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1 1045 Supervisor, Billing
1 1046 Supervisor, Contract Specialist
1 1048 Contract Specialist
and add the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1 1283/1285/1286 Accounting Specialist/Account Clerk, Senior /Account
Clerk
1 4034 Certified Nurse Practitioner (effective 09/01/13)
thereby decreasing the total allocations from 317 to 316.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 38 of Ordinance No. 4061 of the County of Butte entitled "541 -012 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -
SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the following:

1 1041 Supervisor, Accountant
thereby decreasing the total allocations from 33 to 32.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 35 of Ordinance No. 4061 of the County of Butte entitled "540 -011 PUBLIC HEALTH - GENERAL
SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the following:

and add the following:

thereby leaving the total allocations unchanged.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 14 of Ordinance No. 4061 of the County of Butte entitled "320 -001 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -
CRIMINAL" by deleting therefrom the following:

and add the following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 28 of Ordinance No. 4061 of the County of Butte entitled "440 -001 DEVELOPMENT SERVICES" by
adding thereto the following:

1 3501 Supervisor, Code Enforcement
and delete the following:

thereby increasing the total allocations 24 to 25.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 57, Reference E of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "Management and Supervisory
(BCMEA) Unit Classifications" by deleting the following classification:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 34 of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "440 -004 PUBLIC WORKS- SUBDIVISION
INSPECTION" by deleting therefrom the following:

1 4305 Manager, Land Development
thereby decreasing the total from 4 to 3.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 25 of Ordinance No. 4061 of the County of Butte entitled "430 -001 PROBATION" by deleting
therefrom the following:

Associate (effective 10/21/13)
and add the following:

thereby leaving the total allocations unchanged.
