RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.4061 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 57, Reference E (Effective 12/21/13 -2 %) of Ordinance No. 4061 of the County of Butte entitled
"Management and Supervisory (BCMEA) Unit Classifications" by deleting the following classification:

Section 57, Reference M of Ordinance No. 4061 of the County of Butte entitled "Classifications with Flat Rate
Assignment" by deleting the following classification:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 57, Reference A of Ordinance No. 4061 of the County of Butte entitled "Butte County Correctional
Officers Association - General Unit" by adding the following classification:

6828 Correctional Deputy $1,318.25

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 19 of Ordinance No. 4061 of the County of Butte entitled "360 SHERIFF- CORONER - SERVICES"
by deleting therefrom the following:

and add the following:

thereby leaving the total unchanged at 303.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 5 of Ordinance No. 4061 of the County of Butte entitled "021- GENERAL SERVICES" by adding
thereto the following:
