ORDINANCE N0. 1402
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 12$4 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, DO ORDAIN, as follows:
Section 1. Section No. 3 (A) of Ordinance No. 1284
of the County of Butte, is hereby amended by deleting therefrom
the following:

and adding thereto the following:

Section $, This ordinance shall take effect an
November 3, 1973 which is beyond 30 days after the date of its
adoption, and before the expiration of fifteen (15} days
after 3.ts passage, it shall be published in a newspaper
published in the County of Butte, State of ,California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of .the
