RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4061 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 58 of Ordinance No. 4061 of the County of Butte entitled "Salary Plan for Elected and Appointed
Officials" by amending the salary plan for the Appointed Department Heads to include:
Reference 58A (Effective 02/15/14-2%); Reference 58A (Effective 02/14/15-2%)
Salary Plan for Appointed Department Heads (See Attachment A) -
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this 1 Ith day of February, 2014,
by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Connelly, Wahl, Kirk, Lambert, and Chair Teeter
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
