RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NOa4061 OF THE
COUNTY F BUTTE,KNOWNAS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE”
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 57, Reference E (Effective 1.2/20/13-2%) of Ordinance No. 4061 of the County of Butte entitled
"Management and Supervisory (BCMEA) Unit Classifications”by deleting the following classifications:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 26 of Ordinance No. 4061 of the County of Butte entitled "440-001 DEVELOPMENT SERVICES" by
adding thereto the following:

1 3106 Planner, Assistant (term position to end 06/30/15)
thereby increasing the total by one (1) allocation.
