Resolution No. 14-033 s RESOLUTION AMENDING THE MASTER EEE SCHEDULE FOR SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE COUNTY OF BUTTE WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors established the Butte County Master Fee Schedule by Resolution on March 24, 2009; and WHEREAS, the County of Butte is authorized to adopt and implement fees for services, provided however, that such fees do not exceed the estimated reasonable cost of providing such services; and WHEREAS, maintenance of a Master Fee Schedule serves the convenience of the County and all persons affected by said charges; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was noticed and duly conducted to allow consideration of the proposed fee adjustments prior to adoption of this Resolution; and WHEREAS, The Board of Supervisors has provided direction to the Department of Public Works regarding revisions to Chapter 13, Article I of the Butte County Code entitled Grading; and WHEREAS, The Department of Public Works has provided an Ordinance for consideration by the Board regarding said revisions; and WHEREAS, said revisions include a revised permitting process related to grading; WHEREAS, The Department of Public Works has conducted a study to determine the cost of reviewing grading permit applications; and WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors desires to establish a fee in order to support the permit application review process. NOW, THEREFORE, E IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte adopts the fee as delineated in the attached Exhibit A and amends the Butte County Master Fee Schedule to reflect the change. Fee adjustments shall become effective upon the effective implementation date of the amended Chapter 13, Article I of the Butte County Code.
