Resolution No. 14-036
RESOLUTION CONCERNING CHANGES IN MAINTAINED MILAGE
(THIN BUTTE COUNTY
WHEREAS, Section 2121 of the Streets & Highways Code provides that in May of each year County shall submit
to the Department of Transportation, State of California, any additions or exclusions from its mileage of maintained
County roads, specifying the termini and mileage of each route added or excluded; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Transportation, State of California, in 2013 certified to the State Controller that
the total mileage of maintained County roads in Butte County was 1,303.034 miles; and
WHEREAS, Butte County now finds that total mileage of maintained County roads is 1,299.998 miles;
NOW AND THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the total mileage of maintained County roads decreased to
1,299.998 miles.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the board of supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, this 8t” day of April,
2014 by the following vote:
AYES. Supervisors Connelly, Wahl, Dirk, Lambert and Chair Teeter
