AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1284 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE. KNOWN AS_THE "SALARY ORDNANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte
State of California, DO ORDAIN, as follows:
Section 1. Section No. 3 (B} of Ordinance No. 1284
of the County of Butte, is hereby amended by adding thereto
the following:

Section 2. Section No. 1$ of Ordinance No. 1284
of the County of Butte, is hereby amended by deleting therefrom
the following:

thereby changing the total from 62 to 7~.
Section 3. Ordinance No, ].284 of the County of Butte,
is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:

Section 6. This ordinance shall take effect on
November l'~, 1973 which is beyond 30 days .after the date of
its adoption, and before the expiration of fifteen (1~) days
after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper
published in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Butte, this 16th day of October, 1973 by the
following vote:
