BY THE COUNTY
EA, the Board of Supervisors established the Butte County Master Fee Schedule by Resolution
on March 24, 2009; and
WHEREAS the County of Butte is authorized to adopt and implement fees for services, provided
however, that such fees r♦ not exceed the estimated reasonableproviding
WHEREAS, maintenance of a Master Fee Schedule serves the convenience of the County and all
persons affected by said charges; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was noticed and duly conducted to allow consideration of the proposed
fee adjustments prior to adoption of this Resolution; and
regarding development of • permit recycled water Ii d
WHEREAS, Department of Publicprovided an ordinanced Recycled Water
(Wastewater) Pond Ordinance for consideration by the Board regarding said recycled water ponds which, if
7clopted, would add Chapter 19B to the Butte County Code; and
WHEREAS, r d ordinance d ., implementation of a permitting process related to recycled water

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte adopts the
..s as delineated in the attached Exhibit1. and amends Butte• Master .. Scheduleo reflect
the change. Fee adjustments shall become effective upon the effective implementation date of the new
Chapter 9 w of the Butte CountyCode.
