Resolution Noe 14-041
;SOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.4061 OF THE
COUNTY CSE BUTTE AS T "SALARY A ORDINANCE”
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 37' of Ordinance No. 4061 of the County of Butte entitled "541-011 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -
GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the following:
Position Class Code Classification
4 403614037/4039/4038/4154/4155 Stafl'Nurse, Senior/Staff Nurse/Staff Nurse,
Associate/ Licensed Vocational Nurse/Psychiatric
Technician, Senior/Psychiatric Technician.
and adding the following:

thereby leaving the total allocations unchanged.
NOW, THEREFORE,E, PE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 41 of Ordinance No. 4061 of the County of Butte entitled `570-001 EMPLOYMENT AND SOCIAL
SERVICES - ADMINIST . "I'1ON" by deleting therefrom the following:

and adding the following:
