Resolution No. 14-043
RESOLUTION THE COUNTY OF BUTTE
ADDINGTREASURER-TAX C LLECT TO COORDINATING COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors approved Resolution 1 -002 on January 12, 2010 establishing
Coordinated Agency Status with all federal and state agencies maintaining jurisdiction over lands or resources
located with Butte County; and
WHEREAS, Resolution 10-002 designated the following Butte County officials as permanent members
of the Coordinating Committee:
Director, Department of Development Services
Director, Department of Public Works
Director, Water and Resource Conservation Department® and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors wishes to appoint another member to the Coordinating
Committee.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, that the Butte County Treasurer-Tax Collector is appointed as a member of the Coordinating
Committee.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 22 t day of April 2014 by the
following vote,
AYES: Supervisors Connelly, Wahl, Kirk, Lambert and Chair Teeter
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None _
