WHEREAS, The Butte County Library System is currently in the process of migrating to a new Integrated Library
System; and
WHEREAS, during the migration process it has become apparent to library staff that additional staff time will be
necessary in order to complete the migration of data to the new system in order to implement the system by the
scheduled date,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Butte County Board of Supervisors that the Library is open to the
public effective May 6, 2014 as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Oroville branch of the Butte County Library will temporarily close for a peri 4

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution 14-015, adopted February 11, 2014, is hereby rescinded in its
entirety.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, on this 6t" day of
