The Board of Sup ervisors of the County of Butte, State of
Cali forma , DO ORDAIN, a s follows
Section to Section 2-71 of the Butte County Code is hereby
amended to read as follows:
Sec. 2-71. Compensation and travel expenses.
Each planning commissioner shall. receive compensation
and reasonable travel expenses for each meeting or public
.meeting attended as prescribed by resolution of the Board
of Supervisorso
Section 20 This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30} ,
days after. the' date of >its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (l5) days after its passage, it shall be published in a
newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California,
