RESOLur[ON AMENDING ING R i A C" . 41161 OF THE
COUNTY T" UTT , S T "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 40 of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "550-001 CHILD D SUPPORT SERVICES" by
deleting therefrom the Ibllowi.n :
Position Class Code Classification
1 3724/3725/3726 Child Support Attorney 111/11/1 (position to end 06/30/1.4)
and add the following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends

SERVICES - ADMINISTRATION" by deleting therefrom the following:
