RESOLUTION AUTHORIZINGCHAIR TO SIGN AGREEMENT T EIV ENT BETWEEN
STATE DEPARTMENT OF' HEALTH CARE SERVICES
AND
BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH

WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health requires authorization from the Butte County Board of
Supervisors to amend the State Department of Health Care 'Services (D. HCS) Negotiated Net Amount and Drug/Medi-Cal
agreement for FY 2010/2014; and
WHEREAS, the maximum amount receivable for FY 2010/2411 is $2,200„851; and
WHEREAS, the maximum amount receivable for FY 201112012 is $2,288„174; and
WHEREAS,the maximum amount receivable for FY 2012/2013 is $2,42.3,663; and
WHEREAS, the maximum amount receivable for FY 2013/2014 is $2,767,080; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEDthat the Butte County Department of Behavioral Health is authorized by
the Board of Supervisors to revise this agreement with the State Department of Health Care Services for a neve multi-year
total of$9,775,768 and to accept above described provisions of this agreement amendment.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 291” day of July, 2014, by the following
vote:
