AN ORDINANCE AMENDING COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 1379,
CONSOLIDATING "PA-•C" (PLANNED AREA-CLUSTER)

The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475 of said
County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DOES
ORDAIN as follows:
Ordinance No. 1379; (Consolidating "PA-C" Planned•~Area-
Cluster) Section 13 is hereby amended to include the following:
Parcel 1
Bei g located in Paradise and described as commen-
cing at the south quarter corner of Sec 18, T22N,
R4E, MDB&M and running along said Section line
S 89° 37' W, 1008.2 ft.; thence N 392.8 ft. to the
true point of beginning; thence continuing N 00°
15" W, 300 ft.; thence N 89° 37' E, 406 ft.; thence
S 09° 45" E, 26.9 ft,; thence on a 1733 ft. radius
curve, concave to the west, thru a central angle of
09° 10' 23", an arc length of 277.16 ft.; thence
S 89° 37" W, 435.1 ft. to the point of beginning.
Containing 2.923 acres.
Parcel 2
Twat portion of the south '~ of the southwest 3~
of Section l8, T2~N, R4E, MDB&M, which lies westerly
of the centerline of the Magalia-Pentz County Road
and which lies Easterly of and adjacent to the
following described line:
COMMENCING at the South ~ corner of Section 18,
T22N, R4E, MDB&M and running along the Section
line between Sections l$ and 19, 5 89'°.37' W,
1208.2 ft ,; thence North' 692.8 ft.; thence East
606 ft. to the Westerly line of said Pentz Road and
the true point of beginning for the line herein
described; thence, from said true point of beginning
and along the Westerly, line of said;Pentz-Road,
S 9° 45' E, 26.9 ft.; thence, on a .1733 ft. radius
curve concave to the West, a distance of 277.16 ft.
to the end of said line.
Containing O.16 acres, more or less.

That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same in the
Paradise Post a newspaper published in the
County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Sutte, State of California, on the 13th day of
Novembex , 19 7 3 by the following vote
