RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE AUTHORIZING
THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS TO ACT AS THE OFFICIAL REPRESENTATIVE FOR
BUTTE COUNTY IN EXECUTING PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO. 049-NI T
ADMINISTERING AGENCY—STATE AGREEMENT FOR FEDERAL-AID PROJECTS, MASTS
AGREEMENT NO. 03-59128
WHEREAS, the County of Butte is eligible to receive Federal-Aid funding for certain
transportation projects, through the State of California Department of Transportation, and
WHEREAS, on January 9, 2007, the board of Directors of the County of Butte approved and
authorized execution of Faster Agreement, Administering Agency - State Agreement for Federal-Aid
Projects No. 03-59128, and
WHEREAS, reimbursement of funds to the County of Butte by the State of California for the
Skyway HSIP Safety Improvements from Chico City Limits to Paradise Town Limits, SIPL®5912(094),
under said Master Agreement, Administering Agency — State Agreement for Federal-Aid Projects No. 03-
5912R requires execution of Program Supplement Agreement No. 049-N1 to said Master Agreement.
E IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,that:
1. The Director of Public Works is hereby authorized and directed to execute and submit on
behalf of the County of Butte said Program Supplement.
2. That the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte shall be authorized to
provide certified copies of the Resolution for attachment to said Program Supplement to the
above Master Agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California,this 29th day of July, 2014 by the following vote:
