RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING APPIZOPRIATIONS LIMIT
FOR COUNTY OF BUTTE FOR FISCAL YEAR 2014-2015
S REQUIRED BY SECTION 79-10, DIVISION

WHEREAS, article X111-13 of the California Constitution. provides that local governments must
establish annual appropriation limits pursuant to said Article, and,.
WHEREAS,, Section 7910, Division 9, of the Government Code, provides that the governing body of
each local jurisdiction shall, by resolution, establish its appropriations limit for the following year at a regularly
scheduled meeting, and.;
WHEREAS, the Auditor-Controller has calculated the Butte County appropriations limit for fiscal year
2014-201.5 tobe $166,,070,371.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the appropriations limit for Butte County is
established to be $166,070,371 for fiscal year 201.4-2015, and,
FURTHER,THEI2, that said appropriations limit, and the determination thereof are in compliance with Article
X111-13 of the California Constitution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors, County of Butte, State of California, this 26th
day of August, 2014, by the following vote:
YES: Supervisors Connelly, Wahl, Kirk, Lambert and Chair Teeter
