FIRE PROTECTION SERVICES AGREEMENT
BETWEEN TIFF COUNTY F BUTTE
AND
CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF FORESTRY AND FIRE PROTECTION
FOR SERVICES FROM JULY 1, 2014 TO JUNE 0, 2015
CONTRACT#2CA02500
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors County of Butte, that said Board does hereby approve the
agreement with the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) dated July 1, 2014, This agreement
provides Fire Protection during the State fiscal year 2014-2015.
F IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the ward Chair of said ward be and hereby is authorized' to sign and execute
said agreement on behalf of the County of Butte.
The foregoing resolution was duly passed and adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte at a
regular meeting thereof, held on the 26TH day of August 2014 by the following vote:
