County of Butte hereby amends Section 12 ofOrdinance No, 4061 of the County of Butte entitled "100 COUNTY COUNSEL" by deleting therefrom the following: Position Class Code Classification 1 1306/1307/1307 Deputy County Counsel 111/11/1 and add the following: Position Class Code Classification 1, 1305/1306'/1307/1308 Deputy County Counsel 1V/111/11/1 thereby leaving the total unchanged. NOW, THEREFORE, LIF 1T RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section 37 of Ordinance No. 4061 of the County of Butte entitled "541-011 BEHAVIORAL., HEALTH - GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the following: Position Class Code Classification 1 4104 Senior Program Manager, Clinical Services and add the following: Position Class Code Classification 1 4180 Assistant.Director, Behavioral Director-Clinical Services thereby leaving the total unchanged. N OW, "IT4EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section 05 of Ordinance No. 4061 of the County of Butte entitled "021-GENERAL SERVICES" by adding thereto the following: Position Class Code Classification 1 4947 Courier thereby increash-ug the total by one (1) allocation.
