AN ORDINANCE .AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 1284 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS__THE,"SALARY ORDINANGE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte
State of California, DO ORDATN~ as follows:
Section la Section No. 3 of Ordinance No. 12$4,
of the County of Buttes is hereby amended by adding thereto

Section 6o This ordinance shall take effect on
December 29, 1973 which is beyond 30 days after the date of its
adoption, and before the expiration of fifteen (1~) days
after its~~ passage, it shall be published in a newspaper
published in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Butte, this 20th day of November, 1973 by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Camexon, Gilman, Ladd, Madigan and Chairman McKie.
