A RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST FOR SUPPLEMENTAL ACTIVITIES AND THE
EXECUTION OF A GRANT AGREEMENT AMENDMENT THERETO

GRANT (CDBG) PROGRAM
SECTION 1:
The Butte County Board of Supervisors has reviewed and hereby approves a Supplemental Activities Request for
grant 12-.CDBG-8374 for up to $80,000 for the following activities:
Housing Rehabilitation in the unincorporated area of Butte County - Single Unit Residential: $80,000
SECTION 2:
The County has determined that federal Citizen Participation requirements were met during the development of this
application.
SECTION 3:
The County hereby authorizes and directs the Chief Administrative Officer, or designee, to sign this application and
act on the County's behalf in all matters pertaining to this application.
SECTION 4:
If the request is approved the Chief Administrative Officer, or designee, is authorized to enter into and sign grant
amendments with the State of California for the purposes of this grant.
SECTION 5:
If the request is approved Chief Administrative Officer, or designee, is authorized to sign Funds Requests and other
required reporting forms.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this 9th day of September,
2014, by the -following vote.
AYES: Supervisors, Connelly, Wahl, Kirk, Lambert and Chair 'Teeter
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
