RESOLUTION GRANTING Rl ILITTR LL, DIRECTOR OF BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL.
HEALTH, ADDITIONAL AUTHORIZATIONS AND DESIGNATIONS iU THE CHFFA GRANT PROJECT
WHEREAS, Butte County, through its Department of Behavioral Health (BCDBH) contracts with the California
Health Facilities Financing Authority (CHFFA); and
WHEREAS, resolution number 14-070 was approved by the Butte County Board of Supervisors on the 241h day of
,tune 201'4 and CHFFA requires a resolution granting additional designations and signature authority to the signer, Dorian
Littrell, BCDBH Director;
WHEREAS, the Butte County Board of Supervisors appointed Dorian Littrell, as [director of Behavioral Health
effective May 29, 2814;
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors hereby:
a. Authorize the Director of BCDBH to accept an Investment in Mental Health Wellness Grant of$867,425 from the
California Health Facilities Financing Authority ("`CHFFA Grant") for the provision of financial support for the
BCDBH Crisis Residential Program; and
b. Designate 'Dorian Littrell, BCDBH Director with the right, power, and authority to enter into Grant Agreement
Dumber BTTF-01; and
c. Designate the BCDBH (Director to act on behalf of the County of Butte in the implementation of the BCDBH's
Crisis Residential {grogram during the useful life of the CHFFA Grant project, including designating the BCDBH
Director with the right, power, and authority to enter into other CHFFA Grant-related documents.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 23rdday of September 2814, by the
following votes:
